ATTENTION: Users of Microsoft Windows Vista - Vista does not like the InstallShield software used to install POWERbase. POWERbase runs fine once it is installed. Here are the instructions for manually installing POWERbase on a Vista computer:
- Download the compressed file.
- Once the file has downloaded extract the contents to:
    C:\Program Files
- Open My Computer, Drive C:, Program Files, CTSWIN. Right click on CTSWIN (stack of Gold Coins) and select the Create Shortcut option. This should put a shortcut on the Desktop. You can then move the shortcut to where you would like it to be.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before you install the updated version you MUST uninstall any previous version of POWERbase™. To uninstall go to the Control Panel in Windows and use the Add/Remove Programs option. Find POWERbase™ in the list and click the REMOVE button.
